Castle Průhonice is a National Heritage Site. It is surrounded by the Průhonice Park with a total area of 250 hectares, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The beauty of the park is achieved through the subtle transition of variety of woody plants into meadows, ponds and streams and consists of approximately 1,600 different species of woody plants and of about 8,000 pieces of rhododendrons.
The history of the castle Průhonice dates back to the 2nd half of the 16th century. However, the current appearance of the Castle dates to the late 19th century.
During the evening the exhibition area will be accessible with Exhibitions such as history of the Castle and Park, Importance of woody plant introduction and assortment for monuments of garden art and Botanical stories.
Czech food and drinks will be served, and Czech cimbalom orchestra will accompany the evening.
The price of the Wines of the world is 55 EUR per person, and can be purchased during the on-line registration process.
