Method of Submission

Abstracts can be submitted only via this Online Abstract Submission Form.

Guidelines for Submission

• It is possible to submit only one abstract by each presenting author.
• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Abstract cannot exceed a limit of 250 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, references and keywords).
• Ideally, your abstract is structured as follows: Introduction/Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, with each of the sections forming a separate paragraph.
• Standard abbreviations do not need explanation. Otherwise, abbreviations must be defined in brackets after their first use in the text.
• When you list references use superscript numbers in both the text and the reference list.

An automatically generated confirmation will be sent to the email address of the contact person after an abstract submission. If you will not receive it within one hour (and it will not be either in your spam folder), please contact us at icom9@guarant.eu.

If changes to your submitted abstract are necessary, please contact us at email address above, any time before the abstract submission deadline. Please do not submit the abstract more times.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by email by 20 May 2017 (oral presentations) / 15 June 2017 (poster presenta­tions).

Author’s Registration

Please note that registration of the presenting author is mandatory for each accepted contribution. The deadline for the presenting author’s registration and payment is 30 June 2017.

If the presenting author has not registered and has not completed the payment of registration fee by this date, the presentation will be withdrawn from the program.

Publication of Abstracts

The authors of submitted abstracts agree with publication of their abstracts (without further reviewing) in the Abstract Book (electronical version) to be distributed to all participants at the conference.
